When will XXXX be working? can you give us a time?
-The staff do not give out ETA's on when a certain ingame feature will be completed, please just wait and do not ask.

When the server xxxxxxx be ready/work?
- There has been no estimated time of arrival (ETA). DO NOT ASK! No one will tell you and it will anger the Gods.

How do I change my password?
- plz change your password on website http://www.westaion.com/change-password.php

What items can I get for my donation credits?
- Select 'Home' on the donation page and you'll see a list of items. These items will most likely stay in the area of items that won't affect the user's gameplay too much, and just be items for enjoyment.

Skill "xxxxxxxx" doesn't work like it should, why is this?
- Plz post the skills bugs to the forum , report as much detail as possible when reporting this bug in the bug report area.and we will fix it asap Simply saying "but it doesn't work! help!" will get your thread deleted.

Could you please add "custom item name"?
- Do NOT expect extra content beyond what retail has to be implemented. Normally this would require client mod'ing and would directly violate a number of intellectual property laws.

How do i trade items between characters?
- Find a player you can trust and use them as a go-between. Once the account warehouse and mail systems work, you will be able to use those.

Some mobs don't drop items, all I get is kinah.?
- Use /npcinfo by typing it in the chat box while selecting the monster you wish to check and it will show you the monster's ID and if they have drops.
